NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PROCESSING

Rimini Fiera S.p.A. makes every effort to manage its website in accordance with current Italian regulations regarding personal data protection. For this reason, this page is intended to provide all users with information about the methods and purposes of personal data processing, pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003.
The personal data that users provide will be processed electronically and/or manually by Rimini Fiera S.p.A., Via Emilia 155 - 47900 Rimini, Italy, the data controller, for all purposes related to supplying the service in question. This personal data must be entered in the spaces that are indicated in order to take advantage of the service, so failure to enter the necessary data will make it impossible to access the service. Art. 7, Leg. Decree of 30/06/2003:

1. Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data regarding them exists, even if it has not yet been recorded, and to receive this data in intelligible form.
2. Data subjects have the right to obtain information regarding: a) the source of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of data processing; c) the logic applied, in the case of electronic processing; d) the identity of the data controller, data processors, and the representative designated as per article 5 paragraph 2; e) the individuals or categories thereof to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may come into contact with it as the designated representative in Italy, the data managers, or the data processors..
3. Data subjects have the right: a) to have their data updated, corrected, or, if so desired, supplemented; b) to have unlawfully processed data deleted, turned into anonymous form, or blocked, including data that no longer needs to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or processed; c) to receive certification that the operations in letters a) and b) and the content thereof have been brought to the attention of any parties to whom this data was disclosed or sent, unless this should prove impossible or require an efforts clearly disproportionate to the right that should be safeguarded.
4. Data subjects have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds to processing of their personal data, even if it is pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected; b) to processing of their personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials, direct sales offers, or market research surveys.

Users may exercise the rights established under art. 7 of Leg.
