Fit&Funky™ is the versatile dance workout that combines all the key elements of a balanced training. It combines funky moves from styles such as HipHop, Jazz dance, Dancehall and House; choreographed bodyweight exercises and a beneficial stretching for your perfect all-in-one
training. Fit&Funky™ unites the best of dance and fitness and is not only suitable for beginners and „non-dancers“ but also for advanced participants. It shapes and tones the body, activates the fat burning and improves the coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

As a coach, you can become a Fit&Funky™ Instructor in only 2 days if you have an appropriate basic training; without previous knowledge you can qualify for the 2-day Instructor Training by completing the 1-day Fit&Funky™ Basic Training first. Fit&Funky™ not being tied to any music
or dance styles makes it equally varied and timeless for both the participant and the instructor.

About Fit&FunkyTM

Fit&Funky™ is the comprehensive dance workout that combines all the key elements of a balanced training. It unites an aerobic warm-up, intense choreographed bodyweight exercises, fresh dance moves and a beneficial stretching for your perfect workout package. Fit&Funky™ is effective, fun and highly addictive.

Every Fit&Funky™ lesson contains:

1. an aerobic warm-up

2. choreographed bodyweight exercises (changes every 3 month)

3. a funky dance part with 1 choreo (changes every 2 to 3 times)

4. a cool-down

5. a beneficial stretching including a breathing exercise
