Our Steps by ADR® Combo Training

You will be able to build, create, innovate, enrich, improve all types of DANCE WORKOUT, or just Dance. This Combo Steps by ADR® concept will make you "dance, move, sweat" such as the ADR® Level 1 DANCE Workout.

Your workshops or Masterclass will focus on combinations of "latest trends" adapted and modular to the public (basic, intermediate, advanced, very advanced). We start with a combination of basic steps common to all the participants that we will then evolve at our will.

Here is the "Next Generation" Steps by ADR® Combo with steps steps so that participants speak the same language.

A course of Combo Steps by ADR® lasts on average and depending on the level of 30 to 45 minutes. It is practiced on rhythmic Afro music or dancehall or kizomba. So as to be able to vary the intensity of the exercises.

The workdhops Combo Steps by ADR® consists of learning and performing a dance choreography by linking ADR® steps (up / down, front / back / sides) and around it (mambo, half turn ...).
