Simone Giovani

Simone Giovani lives in Reggio Emilia and was born on 17/3/92. He is a personal trainer and Educator Cross Cardio graduate in Motor Science. He played football for 15 years before dedicating himself to kickboxing; a discipline in which he competed and won several national tournaments. She worked 7 years in the bank, performing the activity of trainer only part-time in the evenings after work and competing in kickboxing.

Following a serious injury he was forced to abandon the agonistic activity and decided to devote himself to the activity of Trainer. In 2018 he decided to quit the bank and start his adventure as a 100% fitness professional. From 2021 to 2023 he was Technical Manager of two FitActive locations.
He is currently a Trainer and Teacher for FitActive and Insanyt and Educator Cross Cardio.
Simone looks to the future with enthusiasm and determination, grateful for the experiences he has had so far in the fitness world and is motivated to continue to grow, learn, overcome new challenges and share his passion with others and help people improve their lives!
