Ballet Fit® is a Spanish fitness company created in 2017 by dancer Gloria Morales.
It is a choreographic training that combines classical ballet exercises and fitness.
The activity lasts 55 minutes divided in three blocks: ballet barre warm-up, cardio and floor.
With Ballet Fit® you can easily tone up, lengthen your muscles, increase resistance, correct your body posture and gain flexibility, elasticity and elegance.
Ballet Fit is suitable for all ages and all levels, it doesn’t require any previous classical ballet knowledge. It catches everyone who practices it.
