WHAT IS ECROSS?
It's a program of physical education multilateral made of functional exercise, free body or with small tools, aimed at increase of all conditional and coordinative abilities, arranged, programmed, implemented with your own experiences.
It's the first real fitness program for children and young people studied to include it in a fitness club or a gym.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?
