Elisa Vinante, 2021 World Champion and Owner of Powerlifting Parma Barbarians, will guide you through the amazing world of Powerlifting, providing all the tools to work safely to achieve the best results.
His training classes will be a true practical application to Squat, Bench, and Stack lifts, with technical variations and solutions for beginners and intermediates to adopt.
Powerlifting requires a high degree of concentration during workouts in which each repetition is performed as carefully as possible: thus, perfection is developed in complex movements, developing in parallel a high level of strength and hypertrophy.

A unique opportunity to have fun, learn and grow together! Image is the new play motor circuit, built on four basic principles:
