SILVA IOTTI, after graduating in accounting with the highest grades, has traveled a different path, feeling the deep need to be of help to people. Practicing Yoga from the age of 18, she attended professional training courses, at EFOA University in Rome, for 7 years; that of Odaka Yoga (Rome - 500 hours Yoga Alliance); various intensive courses and seminars, at the Virgin Islands (where she lived for a year and a half) and various countries - United States, India, Greece, Switzerland - every year for more than 20 years, in addition to the many seminars still being followed in Rome, Milan, Bologna, Sardinia, with different styles of Yoga. She graduated with honors in Psychology with a thesis on Meditation (with field research at the AUSL of RE). Moreover, during these years she has followed various paths, with relative Diplomas, among which: Shiatsu Operator (4-year school), Plant Reflexology (2 years), Mindfulness Psychosomatic (3 years), Personal Trainer, Postural Gymnastics, Fitness Holistic / Matwork, Haemolymphatic Massage, Training Autogeno. She is enrolled in the YANI Yoga Teachers register, teaches Yoga and Meditation in Reggio Emilia and practices as a freelance in her studio as a Shiatsu Therapist and Personal Trainer (individual lessons on Psychosomatic Mindfulness and Yoga). Since 2005 she has been running the program "Buongiorno Benessere" broadcast on Telereggio, and has written several articles in the weekly column "Yoga and Meditation" in local newspapers. She is the author of the book "The Conscious Use of Mind".
