Nadia has always been a sports fan. She practices tennis, volleyball, swimming and running on a competitive level and then entered the world of fitness (Aerobics, Step, Bosu Workout, Yogaflex Fitness, Piloxing, Insany-T, Reejam...etc).
She became certified in POUND at the first workshop in Italy and Pound Icon in London, on 2016.
