JEAN PAUL PERRET, Degree in Dietetics, achieved in 2017 at the University of Turin. Master's Degree in Food Sciences, achieved in 2019 at the University of Florence. Currently enrolled in the second year of the Diploma in Sports Nutrition, delivered by the International Olympic Committee. He carries out freelance activities in the Aosta Valley and Piedmont in the field of clinical and sports nutrition. Since February 2022 he has been a consultant, as a sports dietician, for Noritura SRL. From January 2021 nutritionist for the National Curling Teams (FISG). He individually follows several national and international athletes practicing different disciplines (football, alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, road cycling and cross-country, volleyball, athletics, trail running ...).
