Lieschen Montaner

Lieschen has been in the fitness industry for 30 years. She is an ACE and AFAA certified group fitness instructor and owner of Momentum Fitness Studio in Puerto Rico. She became a Zumba® instructor in 2006, and a ZES™ for Puerto Rico in 2007. Throughout her career as a ZES™, she has taught Zumba® instructor trainings in Central and South America. She currently teaches Zumba® Basic 1, Rhythms 2, Rhythms 3, Pro Skills, Zumba® Gold and Zumba® Kids. Besides Zumba®, Lieschen’s other passion is Pilates. She has been a Certified Pilates instructor for 25 years, teaching Group Reformer, Studio privates and Mat Pilates classes.
