- Ministry of Economic Development for inclusion in the List of Professions through the Federation of Fitness Instructors

- EFA, European Fitness Association for validity at the international level

- ASI, Sports Promotion Body legally recognized by the C.O.N.I. and the Ministry of the Interior

WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT THE FIF VILLAGE (Hall B1) THIS YEAR?

An area set up to create a "PRO" environment, characterized by the absence of deafening noises and sounds, to make you experience unforgettable emotions, full of activities and novelties.

FREE TRAINING SESSIONS

Train and have fun with the teachers of our Academy.

With over 2000sqm of space, we have set up the largest area dedicated to all disciplines.

You can then train and test yourself, to study and specialize, trying all disciplines, in dedicated areas equipped for:

1. PILATES in all its forms, from the MATWORK to the Big Equipment of the REFORMER, CADILLAC, WUNDA CHAIR AND SPINE CORRECTOR

2. TRAINING IN SUSPENSION and with TEXTILE, AIR PILATES, TOTAL BODY WORKOUT AND AIR YOGA.

3. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, BODYWEIGHT & ANIMAL TRAINING, BARBELL & KETTLEBELL TRAINING

5. POSTURAL EDUCATION

6. FLEXIBILITY AND MOBILITY
