What we will talk about:

Among the most suitable motor activities for the so-called "senior" category, gentle gymnastics plays a prominent role especially as both a preventive activity and as a post-injury or intervention rehabilitation. The focus of the workshop will be to analyze specific low-intensity exercises characterized by slow and harmonious movements designed to give elasticity and tone to tissues, without putting too much strain on muscles and joints.
