LISA VIOLA, fitness teacher since I was 18. I performed as an athlete for aerobic and step disciplines, participating in numerous competitions. After a trip to Canada where I took part on a Zumba class for the first time I fell in love with it and once I returned to Italy I became an instructor. I specialized by participating in all the training courses offered by Zumba and in 2015 I became ZJ for the reggaeton rhythm. I really enjoy collaborating with other colleagues and thanks to zumba I have had the opportunity to meet many wonderful instructors. in 2019 I became ZJ Choreo and since then I have only done shared sessions with ZJs from all over the world.
