PATRICK HERZOG, Sports scientist, Personal Trainer at his studio near Munich and Presenter at numerous events. He is a pioneer in the field of functional training and to date one of the few experts in functional band training. Named best German athletic trainer in 2019, he has also created innovative functional training tools that bear his name, such as PATmat and PATrigger. His work with office and star athletes is characterized by a high level of creativity and effectiveness. Patrick is also the creator and Presenter of the FLEXVIT course entitled "Band Reloaded PRO."
