RICARDO CARVALHO, is a specialist in Advanced Exercise Physiology, graduated in physical education (University of Vila Velha). ZES (Zumba Education Specialist). He began activities with Zumba in 2011, participating in the training for Instructors, in 2013 he was appointed ZES as part of the Trainer team for training new instructors in Brazil. He actively participates in ZINCON (Zumba Convention) in Orlando / FL-USA. In 2014 and 2015 at the Brazilian Carnival Workshop and in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 he presented the Brazil by Night Workshop, scheduled for 2024. He performed at all editions of ZUMBA CRUISE, leaving Miami and passing through the Caribbean islands. Currently, he exercises Zumba, Wolffit at Rede Bodytech-Unidade Praia da Costa and at Academia R5.
