RICCARDO CECCARELLI, is a Medical Doctor who has been tending to the medical, athletic, and mental needs of Formula 1 drivers since 1989. He founded Formula Medicine, a center that attracts athletes from around the world representing more than 20 disciplines.He is the author of an innovative, highly technological method of mental training, the Mental Economy Training®, developed through years of scientific research conducted on race tracks. In 2021, he established the startup Mentaleconomy Srl, dedicated to providing mental training. To date, it boasts prominent names in the sports realm such as Jannik Sinner and Mikaela Shiffrin among its users. Additionally, through collaboration with PwC, it has been successfully integrated into corporate training programs for various companies.
