ROBERTO TIBY, from Genoa, is a trainer, consultant, and author. He has already published 32 works dedicated to Sales, Marketing, and Emotional Intelligence. He teaches at several universities and consults for companies of every size. He has devoted thirty years to sales, explaining it in the classroom and always practicing it in the field. He works across various sectors with a special preference for services dedicated to people. An expert in marketing and communication, he studies and teaches emotional intelligence and all subjects related to neuroscientific discoveries applied to the commercial world (neuromarketing, neuroselling, etc.). Thanks to these experiences, he has devised a sales process called "The Sales Pyramid," a sales technique in which the intelligence of emotions and neurosciences support sellers.
