MARIASILVIA PITTALUGA, Her love for movement begins as a child, thanks to rhythmic gymnastics, which she will practice for 10 years and then follow as a coach for another ten. After the degree with honors in Movement Sciences, she enriched her knowledge in various courses with top-level trainers: Karin Locker, Boris Bazzani's FBI, Guido Bruscia's FTS, Prague school DNS, Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains, Blackroll, Raggi's Method Pancafit. In 2014 she opened her own personal training lab, WellGym, which deals with postural gymnastics and myofascial training. She met Ester Albini in 2016 and began a wonderful career: first as a student, then as assistant and finally as teacher for the Free-Fascial Real Emotion courses. In 2020, making the most of the months of forced break due to the global lock down, she published the book "Logica Posturale" with her colleague Giovanni Ciaramella.
