met Nia in 1999 while she was living in Hamburg. She realized that the fluidity and the simplicity of the movement allowed her to be in touch with the sensation of pleasure and at the same time she was conditioning her body in a completely new way.
She decided to deepen the practice and in 2000 got her White Belt from Carlos Rosas, the co-founder of Nia.
She started teaching in Germany and at the same time went on with her personal training in the United States, where she trained with both founders: Carlos and Debbie Rosas, until she got her Black Belt in 2006.
In 2005 she moved to Rimini and she was the first Nia teacher in Italy.
She slowly started to build a Nia community here and has presented Nia in many different events and locations.
In 2010 she has been chosen to become a teacher trainer and in 2011 became part of the Nia Training Faculty.
Now she trains teachers in Italy, Slovenia, Scotland, London.
Now Nia is danced in many Italian cities and trainings are held regularly in Italian and in English.
People love Nia for the adaptability of the practice that creates fitness, wellness and healing, while having fun.
