To wake up early it is essential to set a proper sleep cycle by sleeping the appropriate number of hours and by going to sleep every day at the same time. Having a routine allows us to improve sleep quality and waking up more rested.

Going to sleep late at night contributes to an unhealthier lifestyle, increasing the consumption of irregular meals, too many energetic drinks and caffeine.
