GIOCAFIPE (Thursday 30th from 4 to 7 PM and Friday 31st from 5 to 6 PM)

GiocaFIPE is the exciting youth initiative promoted by the Federation to involve children and young people aged 8 to 14 in learning the correct management of overloads through fun and playful activity. During the two days, Thursday 30 and Friday 31, we will involve schools and ASDs/SSDs in the region to experience the circuit and challenge each other in exciting trials. A unique opportunity to have fun, learn and grow together! The image is the new recreational motor circuit, built on four fundamental principles:

  • Fun
  • Dynamism
  • Simplicity of judgement
  • Federal school identity

 

MASTERCLASS STHENATHLON (Friday 31 h10-13)

In this theoretical and practical workshop, participants will be introduced to various interval work protocols aimed at training with a predominance of energy systems in an FFA context. Some protocols will also illustrate pacing strategies, i.e. gait management, to avoid unnecessary energy expenditure and premature anaerobiosis. Some examples may be: protocol aimed at improving lactacid power, lactacid endurance, within the lactacid anaerobic system.

CLINIC PERSONAL TRAINER “Valutazione Funzionale Rapida” (Friday 31 h15-16)

The Rapid Functional Assessment consists of a series of tests that the Personal Trainer can use to get an initial picture of a client's situation in terms of posture, motor and mobility. By re-proposing the tests after an adequate period of training, the Personal Trainer, thanks to the data that emerges from the Rapid Functional Assessment, has the possibility of calibrating and customising the training

FOCUS STHENATHLON (Friday 31 h16-17)

A theoretical-practical meeting led by the Sports Director of Sthenathlon, to get to know the FIPE Multi-Modal Sports Discipline. A short and complete training session, during which the peculiarities of Functional Competitive Fitness according to the Italian Weightlifting Federation will be illustrated and experienced. Sthenathlon is a multi-modal sports discipline that originates from the formalisation and technical standardisation of Functional Training in the Federal regulations. The primary objective of FIPE through the Sthenathlon is to give Functional Training the role of Sport.

FINALE COPPA ITALIA ELEMENT (Saturday 1 and Sunday 2, h10-18)

The first edition of the Italian Element Cup of the Sthenathlon discipline arrives at Rimini Wellness. The appointment is set for 1 and 2 June at the Fiera di Rimini (Via Emilia, 155) where the winners of the Challenges held in 2023 throughout the country at Sthenathlon Points will battle it out to raise the trophy in their age group. The Italian Cup is the final event for the Element category, i.e., those athletes who have already taken functional training courses but have never participated in official Functional Fitness competitions.

In this theoretical and practical workshop, several interval work protocols aimed at training with prevalence of a declination of energy systems in an FFA context will be presented to participants. The Rapid Functional Assessment consists of a series of tests that the Personal Trainer can use, to get the initial situation of a Client in terms of postural, motor and mobility. By retesting after an adequate period of training, the Personal Trainer, thanks to the data emerging from the Rapid Functional Assessment, has the possibility to better calibrate and personalize the training program so as to pursue more specifically the goals required by the Client. In the Workshop, the most immediate and effective techniques for such assessment will be illustrated from both theoretical and practical aspects.
