Delve into the heart of the big fitness chains with two members of the REX-International team: Katarina Andersson (Sweden) and Paula Caleca (Portugal). Katarina is the Swedish founder of the STC chain, with 218 clubs ranging from premium to low cost, all super digitised with zero personnel. Paula Caleca is the co-founder and CEO of two different Portuguese business models, Gymnasium Group and the innovative Legend. Considering their lengthy and
extensive horizontal experience with various business models, they will be sharing their experience and strategies on how to organise openings and pre-sales successfully, generate significant volumes and margins, and also how to differentiate yourself to defend yourself against attacks by low cost businesses. Both are testing and launching two new and innovative fitness club business models.
