At RiminiWellness 2023, Xenios USA® will present different workout modalities that fitness fanatics can try to satisfy their curiosity for innovative workouts and the latest trends.
Different philosophies with different options united by quality, competence and efficiency.
The type of training you can try in the Xenios USA® Training Area:
Cross Training. A strength and conditioning program that bases its method on three fundamental principles: “functional movements, constantly varied, at high intensity”.
You will have the chance to participate in the WOD (Workout Of the Day) created for you by Andrea Croceri, the owner of CrossFit Civitanova and founder of Team Elite, while the team of L1 CrossFit® Trainers will be ready to assist you in every step of the workout, starting from the warm-up.
A balanced mix of various types of exercises that aim to help people obtain complete and general physical wellbeing.
Powerlifting. Elisa Vinante, 2021 World Champion and Owner of Powerlifting Parma Barbarians, will guide you through the fantastic world of Powerlifting, providing you with all the tools to work safely to achieve the best results. Her training classes will be a real practical application to the lifts of Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, with technical variations and solutions to adopt for beginners and intermediates.
Powerlifting requires a high degree of concentration during training sessions where every repetition is executed with the utmost care possible: this way, perfection in complex movements is developed, simultaneously developing a high level of strength and hypertrophy.
Functional Fitness. Emanuele Gollinucci will accompany you in TriFit, a training method capable of ensuring fast and high-performing results thanks to "functional" workouts, aiming at achieving personal goals, improving daily life, recovering from injuries, and having fun. The work is carried out on multiple muscle groups simultaneously, to ensure a harmonious development that respects the biomechanical components of movement. The main tool is the body in its entirety, making it increasingly functional both in sports and in daily actions. This is the essence of Functional Fitness.

800 sqm of Training Area completely equipped by Xenios USA®, for everyone at RiminiWellness to use. You can sign up for free for any of the numerous training classes scheduled throughout the most exciting weekend of the year!

Moreover, there will be moments dedicated to Athletes and professionals, who will showcase their skills in a true and proper Workout Show.
