We will show you how you can combine High intensity Fat Burning rebounding workouts with the more wholistic influence of total body weight workouts like calisthenics, yoga and pilates. It’s the perfect combination between Cardio + Conditioning
In the Superjump Universe we already have 2 distinct divisions between Choreographic techniques and Fully Functional
Choreo classes include: Original – Intensity – Kombat – Hot Dance and Thunderbell Coreo
These classes are considered Choreographic, because the lessons are built on the musical rhythm. All classes, except Hot Dance which is pre-choreo format, are created in real time so that both the teacher and the clients can change their routines daily to keep their lessons interesting and fun
Functional Lessons include: Power 1 – Power 2 and Thunderbell Bi-Free
The Functional Side of Superjump tailors to those teachers that don’t like choreography, and want to get down directly to business. While using the trampoline these lessons combine HIIT – Functional and Plyometric exercises to give clients the ultimate workout
This year we now introduce The Combo Classes of Superjump Fluid and Core stability. There is a distinct need to combine aerobic training to wholistic workouts. With Superjump Fluid and SJ Core Stability teachers will have 2 distinct and innovative lessons to offer their clients
Superjump Fluid 50/50 on and off the trampoline to give the best of both worlds. Superjump Original helps to increase metabolism and lynph drainage while burning up to 1000 calories an hour, half of the lesson is on the trampoline. After the fat burning cardio workout we step off the trampoline and get onto our mats to do Fluid, Jill Cooper’s full body calesthenic workout dedicated to women and not only.
Fluid
Inspired by the body weight movements of callisthenics, Jill Cooper’s Fluid method promises to build strength while helping to lengthen muscles and build flexibility. Throughout this class, you’ll use resistance from your own body to pass fluidly through different toning and strengthening movements. Expect a class that’s as challenging as it is relaxing.
Superjump Core Stability – Completely on the trampoline this technique combines the core concepts of pilates and yoga while jumping. Total Body and completely unique this technique takes your Superjump classs to a whole new level.
