The IBFF® once again present in a big way at RiminiWellness.

This year you will find our activities on 2 stages but in the same Pavilion:

LEONE 1947 Arena. The traditional meeting point for the Academy, the headquarters of the IBFF®. Here you will find all the Academy formats, every day, and it is here that you can enjoy the GroupBoxing® lessons. Also on this stage, on Saturday 1 June at 1.15pm there will be the MasterClass by Vincenzo Mazzarella.

There will be a dedicated Info Point with one of our representatives always present.

FIT ACTIVE Stage. Here we will hold 7 lessons over the 4 days of the fair. 2 every day and 1 on Sunday. Lots of activities and for the first time GroupBoxing® here too.

There will be 4 very intense days that will demonstrate once again that FitBoxing is a lively and highly sought-after sport but only if codified in the right way. Throwing kicks and punches is not enough, you need METHOD, NETWORK, ORGANIZATION, STRUCTURE. If you know our formats you will see them in a new guise and you will return home with new ideas and stimuli. If you don't know them, you'll love GroupBoxing®. Because the difference always makes the HOW and rarely the WHAT.

A metabolic workout, total body Interval Training in which great importance is given to cardiovascular training. No gesture is taken for granted or automatic, teaching is always given priority and care is taken to accompany the student step by step to be the protagonist of what then becomes a truly transversal show for everyone and not just for a few. Musical Combat Fitness in pairs with hitters.

The hitters are held, giving life to a training session that is unique in the world, extremely training, intense and very functional. A "one to one" training for couples that takes inspiration from pre-boxing and martial arts sparring activities, but recoded in a musical fitness key. The result is a truly incredible experience, a job not only of very high cardiovascular impact, but which also requires a great ability to concentrate and focus on the technical gesture and the target.

Thus one can fully identify with the role of the Fighter, with the even more realistic and therefore functional simulation of combat. All this while guaranteeing maximum safety in the unifying and empathetic reality of group fitness.

Musical Combat Fitness with strikes wrapped up in the bag.
