New services for exhibitors

Italian Exhibition Group is putting in place all necessary measures to enable exhibitors and visitors to attend its shows in complete safety and with peace of mind.

In addition to the communal areas being disinfected by the organiser, which IEG is managing in accordance with a strict regulatory and organisational protocol, exhibitors are asked to clean and disinfect their own exhibition areas.

In this regard, exhibitors may:

Implement these measures autonomously, but since they are responsible for keeping their areas clean and disinfected, they must do so using ad hoc products compliant with regulations. These may be purchased directly from IEG, if necessary.
Order, online as usual, the classic daily cleaning service, which will be conducted using appropriate disinfectant products (disinfectants, degreasers, antibacterial, antifungal and antivirus cleaners) in accordance with Ministry of Health Circular no. 5443 of 22 February 2020 – COVID-19.

The service includes:

Cleaning of all horizontal and contact surfaces
External cleaning of showcases
Emptying of waste bins
Vacuum cleaning of carpeting

This service, for which a disinfected certificate will be issued, is provided without an additional charge for the use of sanitising products.

As well as the disinfection conducted in partnership with our suppliers, we conduct additional disinfection of stands with a sprayer, which can be acquired by those who want it, and use specific products to disinfect stands and people; we also implement protection systems to ensure social distancing is maintained, and offer innovative digital services, which limit the physical exchange of documents between parties concerned, thereby limiting the risk of interpersonal contact
