PRE-PUNCHING BECOMES FITNESS

Musical Combat Fitness in pairs with strikers.

The strikers grip each other resulting in a unique training that is extremely training, intense and very functional. A one-on-one training in pairs that takes its cues from pre-punching and martial arts sparring activities, but recoded into musical fitness. The result is a truly incredible experience, a work not only of very high cardiovascular impact, but also requiring great concentration and focus on the technical gesture and the target.

One thus fully immerses oneself in the role of the Fighter, with the even more verisimilitude, and therefore functional, simulation of combat. All this ensures maximum safety in the aggregating and empathic reality of group fitness.

FitBoxe that is more martial, more technical, more conscious.

A concept that respectfully approaches the world of boxing and martial arts, recoding its language and contextualizing it to fitness, in order to be credible to fighters as well. Not the same but complementary. Not martial artists but martial fitness artists.

You hit the bags with punches, kicks, knees and elbows inspired by boxing and all martial arts in the context of musical fitness but focusing training on technique, cleanliness of gesture, muscle engagement through simple and short combinations and not through mnemonically demanding and stressful aerobic choreography.

A metabolic, total body Interval Training in which great emphasis is placed on cardiovascular training. No gesture is taken for granted or automatic, didactic emphasis is always given and care is taken to accompany step by step the student to be the protagonist of what then becomes that is to say, a true cross performance for all and not only for a few. In this way the lesson becomes homogeneous even though the class that participates in it is heterogeneous, each pupil in unison is able to try his hand at the same combination that becomes a garment dressed on everyone subjectively, and therefore perfectly and legitimately training and suitable for everyone.
